Viessmann’s Vitodens gas combi boilers named Which? Best Buy for 2021
Telford, UK – Viessmann’s Vitodens combi boiler range has been awarded Which? Best Buy status in the renowned reviewing body’s annual satisfaction survey of UK boiler owners and installers.
Viessmann is one of just two brands to have products awarded Which? Best Buy, having received high praise from both customers and heating engineers. Key factors cited by Which? in Viessmann’s score, which was just short of the top spot, include excellent reliability and customer satisfaction, as well as great build quality, and ease of repair and servicing. Graham Russell, Viessmann’s managing director, commented: “Attaining a Best Buy status from Which? is no easy task. There is simply nowhere to hide. The results confirm Viessmann’s commitment to producing quality boilers that are reliable and built to last.
As the UK increases the onus on encouraging more energy-efficient domestic living, investing in quality boilers is one important step households can take.“Achieving Best Buy status for the fourth time in five years incentivises us to improve further, and to continue to challenge and exceed expectations with exceptional levels of service. It’s why we were particularly pleased to see that the rating for ‘availability of parts and spares’ has increased compared to 2020. In the past year, we’ve prioritised installer communications around our spares finder, for example, which allows the correct spare part to be located by boiler serial number and provides details of the hundreds of local and national merchants who are either spares stockists or can offer next day availability and online-only options,” concluded Graham Russell.
Which?’s recommendation comes from a satisfaction survey of more than 8,000 people who purchased a boiler in the past six years, as well as more than 150 independent installers.Viessmann has a comprehensive range of Vitodens domestic gas-condensing combi boilers, from 1.9kW to 35kW output.
