Registering Your Viessmann Boiler or Heat Pump for Warranty
To ensure your Viessmann boiler or heat pump is covered under warranty, it must be registered through our warranty app. Only registered RGI or heat pump installers are authorized to register the warranty. If you’re a homeowner, please contact your installer to have your product registered. Once the installer completes the warranty registration, the homeowner will receive a notification and proof of warranty.
Installers need to create an account to access the warranty app. To get started, simply complete the form below. After your account is activated, you can download the warranty app and use your login details to register the warranty on behalf of the homeowner.
